Please note that custom-cut rails and bespoke hardware are ineligible for return unless found to be defective.

Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your handrails and brackets in their original protective packaging to prevent scratches or structural damage during transit.

  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking information for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies that the goods are in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
